For your in person training sessions, we’ll focus on losing fat. I will guide you through out it all and hold you accountable. I make losing weight fun with the equipment I will bring to you. Let’s CRUSH your goals and get you amazing results!

Online personal training:

  • Accountability is everything. I will hold you to the highest accountability I can to make sure you don’t end up failing.

  • I will personally motivate you.

  • Workout plans made for you. Depending on your goals and specific situation, I will create you a personalized workout plan!

Where do you train clients?

I train clients at the location of their convenience - Parks / Outdoors / Home backyard sessions. I bring the equipment to you, yes to you! I bring simple equipments such as kettlebells, dumbbells, boxing gloves, matts, & other equipment. I sanitize all equipment for proper hygiene. Please let me know what works for you.

How long are your training sessions?

  • 30 minutes sessions

  • 60 minutes sessions

How often should I train with you?

It depends on your fitness level, goals, and schedule. Most clients train on average 2 times per (with me) week for optimal results.

What should I bring to my training sessions?

Comfortable workout clothes, proper athletic shoes, and a small towel. If training outdoors, consider sun screen and appropriate gear for the weather. I bring necessary equipment to you!

How do I pay?

I accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Paypal. Form of payment will be asked when scheduling an appointment with me. Choose “Pay in person” if you prefer to pay after.
